The Justice for all Forum (JFAF) is an advocacy organisation whose main focus is to
transform each identified area of concern. We thus champion and advocate for change
in the South African main stream economy, judiciary and the social environment. In this
regard, we seek to transform the markets, courts, commerce & industry, civics and
society. The JFAF uncormpromisingly tackles human rights abuses, victimisation, class
discrimination, violations and other societal ills. We are an umbrella body of various
special purpose organisations which are formed to tackle concerns in the afore-mentioned
areas. The Justice for all Forum; amongst other things; fights for equity, justice and fairness
across all races and spheres of life. Our organisation is accordingly the voice of the
voiceless in judicial, economic, societal and socio-political matters to mention but a
few areas of interest to us.
Why do we exist?
This organisation is not a political party nor is it by any means a vehicle to
opportunistically challenge such parties. The JFAF instead seeks to assist in addressing
thorny issues or matters deemed to be untouchable in the above fraternity where the
public falls victim to unscrupulous people. The areas of concern are in sectors or
industries where the sectarian business, government, community and the political
formations are either uncomfortable to tackle maltreatment head-on or unwilling to
thread in in fear of stamping on powerful people's toes. In challenging these anomalies
and taking on the transgressors, we do so without courting controversy though and
instead the overriding factor and determinant is the principle of lack of fairness, justice
and equity. The JFAF will increasingly raise issues of human rights abuses, racial or work
related or class discrimination and any other abuse afflicting not only our members.
Affiliates
The Justice for Hlophe Alliance (JFHA) is/was one such special purpose organisation
which is/was our affiliate. This latter organisation sought to fight injustices, inequity
and unfairness in the judiciary with its mandate being to defend amongst others,
Western Cape Judge President. It was formed as a result of the frivolous accusations
which were leveled against him. We thus sought to mobilise support for him and
expose the anti-transformation agents and their agenda. The JFHA also sought to
counter any or perceived meddling by parties which were lobbying for right-wing
positions within the judiciary. Its resolve is/was to protect all progressive incumbents
and alert SA about the real agenda of those who victimised and vilified them.
Funding
As a young organisation, the JFAF is without benefactors, as such we rely on donations
from the founding members in order to finance our operations and activities. We thus
welcome donations of any form or kind from sympathisers
· monetary (i.e.being money which can be deposited into our bank account in
cash or via EFT
· and human capital (i.e. being their skills)
We seek these funds in order to beef up our coffers and build capacity respectively.
Importantly it must be donations from caring people who identify with our cause, which
we believe is just. It is imperative that those who donate to the JFAF should not seek to
subvert it or determine the agenda or water down the resolve of the organisation.
Target audience
We call upon every interested member of society to assist us in this noble cause. We also
look into matters afflicting the general South African populace with a view to correct these
societal imbalances and resolve such challenges. We represent the weak, impoverished,
the marginalised, the disenfranchised, the discriminated and the economically oppressed
under the new apartheid form called "the class segregation" where prejudice along class
lines is the order of the day within our nation. Our social, judicial and economic struggle
aims and objectives are to fight for equitable, fair and just treatment of this country's
citizenry across all races and sectors, professions and industries with a special bias towards
the plight of the Black populace. Notably, it is the latter race whose rights and privileges of
equal, just and fair treatment are usually trampled. The Justice for all Forum welcomes
everyone to become a member of our organization and to uphold the highest ethical, moral
and humanity standards. Our organisation will continue to fight cases of victimisation and
intervene in them.
